1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or labels.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods like food items and pickles cannot be returned.
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for returns.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at gangatraders.surya@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for eligible returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
